Our Mission
At CBMS, we aim to effect positive change by:
1. clarifying and extending our understanding of the connection between various aspects of modern society, and mental health and well-being;
2. identifying the psychological mechanisms and abilities affected; and
3. applying evidence-based programs and interventions to motivate healthy habits and fortify the minds of generations young and old.
The CBMS is committed to communicating relevant research to a general audience through its website, and discussing important topics with top thinkers across a wide variety of disciplines through our podcast, for the benefit of the public.
Our Team
The podcast of the CBMS will feature interviews with top thinkers and researchers, explainers that describe and define psychological concepts in plain language, and education about technology - how it works, how it can exploit us and how we can use it to help ourselves and others.
